What data we process

We process only the data you provide to us yourself via the contact form or when arranging a consultation: name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to answer your enquiry or arrange a consultation, based on your consent or on taking steps prior to entering a contract. We do not pass the data to third parties for their own purposes, nor use it for marketing without your consent.

Retention period

We retain personal data for the time necessary to handle your enquiry, for a maximum of 2 years.

Recipients and processors

To run the site we use processors: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Resend (sending form emails); the map and booking calendar are provided by Google. These processors handle data only on our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to its correction, erasure, portability and to object. You can exercise your rights at the e-mail info@interierkado.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz).
